I am facing some diffculties in Videochat recorded session. I can hear my voice so clearly but not the students' voice. Although, during the session I can hear their conversation. Do you have an idea to solve this problem?.

Hello you students are using headphones?
This error appears after recording or was during the session?
We did some tests and seem there are some network disconnections in the participants,
what internet connection do you have?
can you test your speed (for example using this tool http://www.speedtest.net/)

there are using headphone that are recommend by SpeakApps.
There is no problem during the session. It appears after the recording session, when I and my students want to listen to their conversation. Either my voice or my students' voice have not been recorded. Their conceoction is OK. Each student has different connection provider.

Also, I had session but I could not record. When I press recording button, It did not work.
